There is truly no one you can trust in the renovation and remodeling industry like Lowell J. Figur, a licensed and insured contractor. Guided by his extensive experience in both residential and commercial markets, he is able to tackle high-end remodels with a passion and expertise that is unmatched.

After graduating from Cornell University with a BS in Finance and Computer Systems, Lowell moved to Atlanta, GA in 1997. Eventually he would begin selling homes with Keller Williams, even acquiring his broker’s license, which he still maintains after more than 20 years in the industry.

However, while selling homes, he found a passion in giving advice to his clients and guiding them through the remodel and redesigns for their new homes. Having advised clients on hundreds of homes, and often seeing the numerous complexities that come with remodeling, Lowell made the decision to take on renovating the houses himself. From the beginning clients recognized his expertise and entrusted their higher end remodels, additions, and buildouts to him. 

Through these projects Lowell learned that cutting corners and using cheaper materials would never lead to the quality of work he expects for himself, or his projects. The quality of his work makes the difference, which is why he has become such a trusted contractor in the high-end and remodeling space.

Today he has expanded his business to hundreds of dedicated clients throughout Metro Atlanta, who now get to live in the homes of their dreams. Every step Lowell takes and decision he makes, both on and off the jobsite, is a testament to his dedication, integrity, and, most importantly, passion he has for the remodeling industry.

He is overwhelmed by the level of support and encouragement he has received from his friends, family, and clients over the years, and would like to pass that gratitude along by providing quality work to all new and existing homeowners who work with Figur Construction.
